I had insane Diastasis Recti after my 2nd that is still not fully resolved (3.5yrs post). 😑 I spent money, both insured and not, on PT and specialists, but felt like the only thing that I saw results with was when I did Every Mother every single day. Unfortunately when I stopped because life gets busy, I could tell things were kinda falling apart again. It’s truly a lifelong commitment.
For not DR specific but still postpartum (and pregnancy) and DR safe I love love love MommaStrong! Courtney is so down to earth and relatable, a real human who I can totally identify with and love to watch for the videos, she seems so much less contrived than a lot of programs out there and for me when I was a new mom it felt so gentle to see someone so human and lovely and not perfect.
I'm obsessed with the Every Mother videos for pelvic floor issues. I've learned so much from them and hoping I can avoid as many postpartum PT visits by committing to their postpartum classes. And I've never heard about MommaStrong before but will go check them out. Thanks for the rec!
Expecting & Empowered is from Wisconsin! I will admit we sound similar to Canada 😆 what’s great about them, IMO, is the postpartum workouts AND the elevated & Empowered series for mothers farther out of their PP journey
Ahh I did not mean to confuse Wisconsin with Canada! I'm excited to try them again postpartum. Their return to run program also looked great for postpartum moms.
Love Nourish Move Love workouts! They do repeat as you mentioned but I feel like they were the only pregnancy workouts where I felt safely but actually challenged.
I tried The Sculpt Society and I found it gives a great foundation for understanding the pelvic floor muscles! I didn't love that some of the days in the PP program were repeat classes though. I've actually been loving Peloton classes because you can filter based on length of class, instructor, and what's most important to me - music! I NEED good music when I'm working out or I have zero motivation
Have you tried MommaStrong??? Different workout videos daily for each phase—prenatal, postpartum, everyday parenting, & perimenopause/menopause. And a ton of different workout series for pain points/stretching/issues postpartum. It is amazing. I have learned so much about my body, what it needs, while also strengthening it. The community on the app is also super helpful & supportive & they employ a pelvic floor PT. I cannot recommend it more. $12 a month.
This is a great list and I’ll definitely look into these programs when I’m pregnant next. I ran MegSquats Plus+1 program (strength training) throughout my pregnancy and ~12 weeks postpartum + did pelvic floor PT. I highly recommend Meg’s program if you want to lift.
I also ran the Ab Rehab program via the Natal app (paid) until I was 16 weeks PP. I still do some of the exercises from the program but didn’t want to pay for it anymore. I really recommend this, too!
I’ve really loved SLAM/Get Mom Strong app and pre/post natal workouts.

Ladder has a prenatal specific program I’ve been using!
I did a bunch of Carifit, and that suited me well for a couple of months. It was before they brought out their own carrier.

Fit4Mom! A franchise that is likely near you that also gives you a built in community

The Peloton classes do have the best music and playlists of any workout programs!
Thank you - SAVED for the future (crossing my fingers I will eventually need this for a much tried for second pregnancy.)
